Our Care-For-Life Guarantee comes with these great benefits:

• When your ring needs to be refinished our guarantee enables you to send your ring to us for refinishing, free of charge*, for as long as you own your ring.
• If your ring becomes damaged through scratches or other surface problems, we will repair your ring to the best of our ability, free of charge*.
• If your ring size changes, and you need a new size, we will resize or replace your ring with a new ring that fits, so long as the original is in good condition. This service is free of charge.* **
• If your ring becomes damaged beyond repair, we will replace it with a new ring at 50% of the retail price. This is a one-time offer and will not carry over to the new ring. However, the new ring will still carry on with our other great Care-For-Life benefits.

Afraid your ring may not fit comfortably? If it doesn’t, we’ll take care of it!

We guarantee a great fit for all of our rings, and we’ve worked hard to make sure you can get the best fit before you order, but sometimes you need to wear a ring for a few days before you realize something just doesn’t feel right. If that happens we’ll work with you to find the best fit for you at no extra cost*.

You have 60 business days from the time you receive your ring to take advantage of our Perfect Fit Guarantee. If you are purchasing your ring as a gift, and it will not be given to the recipient within 60 days of receiving your ring, please let us know when you place your order.

After 60 business days rings will be exchanged or resized based on our Exchange and Resize policies.

Rings sent in for our Perfect Fit guarantee that need a change of size more than one half size in either direction will need to be exchanged for a newly made ring. The original ring must be in good condition otherwise the ring will be exchanged based on our Care-For-Life policies for damaged rings. The original ring will not be returned if a new ring has been made.

Custom created rings may not be eligible for exchange and ineligibility will be explained before purchase. Inscriptions do not disqualify rings from our Perfect Fit or Exchange policies.
